Massimo Isidori is the Founder and General Manager of OrionFLY. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Massimo is a highly respected aerospace professional with more than 40 years of international experience and a proven track record of success in both military and civil aviation, having worked with leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
With a strong managerial background spanning engineering, program management, sales, marketing, and business strategy, he serves as a trusted advisor to OrionFLY’s clients and has built a reputation for excellence, expertise, and professionalism.
Having held senior management positions at ATR and Piaggio Aerospace, Massimo has gained extensive experience in both regional and corporate aviation. For more than 25 years, he has been involved in the sales, acquisition, maintenance, technical support, and management of new and pre-owned Piaggio aircraft, establishing himself as one of the industry’s leading Piaggio specialists. Thanks to his hands-on expertise with this unique aircraft, his long-standing relationships with the OEM, and his in-depth knowledge of the Piaggio market and its global network, Massimo is widely recognized as the ideal advisor for customers seeking to buy, sell, or manage Piaggio aircraft.
More recently, he has supported the Airbus Helicopters sales team in Italy and served as a consultant to Mecaer Aviation Group, a leading manufacturer of aircraft interiors and cabin systems.
